Safe, efficient flying depends on well-trained professionals performing well under stress and working as a team. Pilot and aircrew training is as much about social and personal factors, such as communication and decision-making, as technical skills. Available Courses:
There are two basic packages that can be tailored to specific requirements. A VJC corporate training course takes one day and begins with a team briefing, followed by a training session on the flight simulator. Specific activities, assignments and tests take place inside the aircraft according to the training scenario, followed by analysis, feedback, discussion and debriefing.

VJC’s Human Factors training develops the social and interpersonal skills required to lead teams. Delegates will learn how to think calmly under pressure, take responsibility, interact with others and cope with the unexpected.

Our Assessment & Development programmes transform our state-of-the-art flight simulator into a tool for forensic testing of key business performance metrics, designed to assess skills, diagnose weaknesses and identify potential for improvement. Our Human Factors training draws on aviation industry techniques such as Crew Resource Management to promote teamwork, communication and decision-making within the context of a realistic flight mission.
