3 Hour ‘Fear of Flying’
Course

The fear of flying course is a 3 hour confidential 1 to 1 session at the Virtual Jet Centre, Devon.

Basic Course Summary:

• The course is carried out by our very own specialist in the field - Captain Andy Wilkins.
• Andy will take you on a journey to help you understand your fears and learn coping strategies.
• Using several techniques based on Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Andy will talk to you about yourself, your experiences and start to provide answers to your specific fears.
• In addition, Andy will explain in detail everything you need and want to know about the aircraft.
• The second phase is a real-time flight in the simulator which will empower and give confidence to every individual who has a fear of flying.
• The final phase is spent discussing coping mechanisms and visiting our in-house cabin simulator.
• Every ‘fear of flying’ case is always based on a one-to-one relationship and we can support the follow up process with a real flight courtesy of our partners Flybe at an additional cost.
