Terms and Conditions

Please take time to read our terms and conditions before ordering Gift Vouchers, and do not hesitate to contact us on any point requiring clarification. These terms and conditions govern the contract under which we supply Gift Vouchers to you.

Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
No guarantee can be made as to availability of the flight on any particular day. We advise that the user books as soon as possible before the preferred date.

We cannot accept bookings for persons under 12 years of age or disabled persons due to the cabin restrictions and structure.

If the user is 18 or under the consent of a parent/guardian may be required.

Our prices may be changed at any time. We will advise you of any such changes when you order a Gift voucher.

Gift evouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and may be revalidated prior to the expiry date for a further 12 months on payment of a £20 admin fee and any price increase that may have taken place during the lifetime of the voucher. We are unable to extend vouchers once they have expired. Some Vouchers that are sold on special offer have a shorter lifespan and these vouchers usually have to be booked and taken within the period of validity. These Vouchers usually cannot be extended.

The contract between you and Virtualjetcentre does not create any right enforceable by any person under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999, but this does not affect any right or remedy of a third party which exists or is available apart from under that Act.
